I am surprised on Kubota Quality.

Having to repair a neutral roller bearing,which you're supposed split the tractor into which would be thousand + to repair. I flat rate repair so it was not so bad. (Thanks to this forum) My question did they improve this design. I do have over 2000 hours on it and I baby it. I think the B-7800 & B 2910 one of the best small Kubotas. Just this one fault. I was just wondering what it would cost to have the Kubota dealer would charge?

How old is your tractor? Did you buy it new?
2000 hrs and finally needing repair work doesn't seem to bad to me but I don't put that many hours on a tractor.
Call your nearest Kubota dealer and ask for a estimate to do the work.

agree w/above poster. are you original owner w/ maintenance log? 2k on a sub compact is a lot, similar to replacing clutch on an older gen machine. keep in mind your tractor is slightly larger than a lawn tractor. 2k hrs is a lot

I don't agree that you should be having to do that repair at 2k hours and don't believe that is a lot of hours for a well maintained Kubota. I've owned a B7800, not very long, but agree it is one of Kubota's better tractors.

No idea what a dealer would charge though.

actually agree with you, really depends on the maintenance thus far. on a smaller sump capacity, change intervals should be frequent & routine. utility tractor models w/ larger gearbox capacities & hd construction, maybe not as frequently
hope repair is tolerable for OP, much better than new purchase, regards

I miss quoted I only have 1250 hours. How I baby it always goes into my shop and never sits out at night. I keep it waxed and when I am done with it I blow it off. Repairs are always a priority. I change the Oil every fifty hours. And when it is out, I cover it with a blanket, to preserve the dash and seat. It’s just such a valuable tool I want to know that it’s ready anytime.

I bought 2 new Kubota ZD-1211-72’s.
One is fine, the other has peeling “Kubota” decals with less than 20 hours on it.
