Oil & Fuel I found the level indicator

I am a new B2920 owner and just found the hydraulic dip stick but, I did add too much oil. Does anyone know how to remove the excess hydraulic fluid. Also where is the best place to buy a repair manual or shop manual.

If you are a little over, leave it.. if a lot over, you can drain from a drain plug, of if you have a hydraulic line, open it and actuate that control... as to manuals watch Ebay and search on google... KennyV

If you have some *clean* suitable clear plastic tubing, you might try siphoning some from the fill hole back into the container. You would have better control over how much you remove without making a mess or wasting it. ($$)

I don't suggest this unless you know how to siphon because you don't want to swallow any of it. Ideally you would use one of those cheap siphon pumps like they have at Harbor Freight, but you might not have one lying around.

Regarding an OM or WSM, assuming you can't find a used one, why not order it from the dealer or online at Messicks. As far as *good* repair manuals go, the price is not unreasonable at all.

Drill pump attachment. I drain my boat transmission with this every year. Sucks it right out.

Remove the drain plug and drain out about 3 or 4 quarts.
Check dipstick.
Slowly re add fluid if needed till it
reaches the full mark
Checking dip stick often.
