Congrats on selling the tractor. Anxious to see the new one.

I’d like to find a good used cutter, but none available here and shipping cost for yours would be horrible.

So imagine my surprise when not even a full hour after I posted it on Marketplace and CL that i had an agreed upon (fair) selling price for the tractor alone. And yesterday the new owner picked up the little blue tractor.

Once again, thanks to everyone for their perspectives and wisdom. I appreciate all of it, especially being this was my first real time in the tractor selling game.

Now just have to find a buyer for the 48" KK brush hog. Also I think I'm going to call around to a few dealers today too.

I knew there was a guy out there just dying to buy it. Looks like you found him, and a right quick too!..

Actually I had to practice some persuasion to get him to agree to the sale. He loved the compact size, the super simple engine/drive-train. He loved quite a bit of it. But he was about two seconds away from walking away, all because the body panels are plastic. I ensured him that what he had planned for the tractor, I've already been through. That most of the body panels are protected e.g. tires stick out past the fenders, the loader arms protecting the dog house etc...He's planning on using the tractor to replace his wheel barrow in the woods for collecting firewood. But all in all, we both got what we wanted.
