I hate new fuel cans so here is what I did.

hehehe I love it! I only bought two dozen for my paltry 6 fuel cans. They make good gifts to the poor unknowing.

They may not be EPA approved, but the EPA is not approved by most of us, so it is a wash. Enjoy the new vents!

I have been blessed with being able to find older fuel cans at yard sales for $1-2. The black solid spout is one of my favorites but the pull out ones work also. I pick them up as I find them. The price of new ones is ridiculous!

Stop screwing around looking for old gas cans and just buy these. They are readily available at most motorcycle/power sport shops. And they are the best gas can that has ever been invented. Trust me on this.

My new favorite can. Quickest flow rate I have used including vented cans. I bought the translucent one for mixing 2 - stroke motorcycle fuel. Flow stops automatically when full. Watch videos.

What is the spout like on these?

Looks like this vendor doesn't offer them in yellow. Wonder if anyone does. I normally associate red with gas and blue with kerosene, so that leaves the white. Could mark them of course.

They have a big 1/2" flexible hose that thread into the top of the cap.

I have 3 of those cans like Chris has shown in his second picture in the first post. Besides being slow and a royal PITA, the nut that holds the spout has split on two of them in less than a year. So they start leaking fuel when you pour, and you can't tighten it because that makes it keep on splitting.

I went out and bought four of these kits.
