You can still buy those spouts off of fleabay for $16.99+shipping.
I wondered about that, but that seems a bit steep for a bit of plastic.

ezpourspout.com they have regular flow and hi volume model some stores stock it...they work great
I bought 2 of those (actually paid for one and the clerk gave me one) several years ago. Problem is they will only fit a can that originally came with one of those. It seems the OEM,s change the threads on every new can design. I actually used my last one last week when the nozzle broke off of one can. Those were the best design ever for EPA. They did not allow venting in either direction so the can would pressurize and swell then vacuum and suck in the sides, but other than that no issues. The darned stuff today doesn't even work after one use. I had to take out the guts from the last can I bought after the first use, it wouldn't open the valve. I guess I should have returned it for refund. If enough folks returned them, maybe the mfg. would dump that design. I guess I need to get away from the plastic and get one of the safety cans from metal with the spring loaded top and funnel. I have to use a funnel with all but one of my jugs now anyway, else set for 10 minutes while the dribble in gas. Even after I pulled out the guts from that stupid twist turn, push back POS it still just gurgles and slurps a trickle of gas into the tank unless I just remove the top and pour it thru a funnel.I have these, and really like them.. You can't buy them anymore however, they were one of the earlier "enviro" type nozzles from Blitz. All gone. I like them because of the ease of control of the fluid flow and they seal well. I will be sad when they break. I did modify them of course, by pulling the locking guts out with a pair of needle nose pliers and cutting off the ratchet tightening stud on the can. This makes them a joy to use. I set the can on the hood on an old towel to prevent scratching the hood. I am holding no weight and the spout fits the Kioti fill spout perfectly. You just stand there with one hand on the nozzle lever and let if fill, when you see the level of diesel is going to over run the tank, then let go of the lever. Easy Peazy.
I lift in 3 stages, from the ground to right front tire, can sitting on its bottom, lift to loader arm, can sitting on its bottom, reposition the hands, both hands now, left hand on top handle and right hand on side handle. Lift to hood on the towel with can on its side, nozzle pointing down over filler neck. Not a lot of strain for this old man in the lift, and no strain at all while filling.

I would love to stick one or more of these nozzles up the arse of all who contributed to the requirement for them and especially the designers of those useless valve spigots.
I purchased a dozen of the aftermarket vents to install in my plastic gas cans, they work great. Someone told me that they were not EPA approved----- I bought 20 more.I wondered about that, but that seems a bit steep for a bit of plastic.
