I have a question about welders...

Miller and ESAB will have an AC/DC Mig Tig Stick unit at Fab-Tech. Likely be 3K or more though. Pics are out on the Miller right now.

You're right, I did forget about the MM220, but it is lacking in performance and doesn't appear to have A/C tig pulse.
Then they do have the Dynasty 280dx cv but that has an external feeder and is pretty pricey so not sure I'd lump it in the same class as a fully self contained welder, but is very nice.

Just seems like Miller and Lincoln are well behind the curve in this market.
Now if someone would build a good a/c-d/c, mig- tig-stick with tig AND mig pulse AND synergic settings, that would be pretty sweet!

I was hoping to get to Fabtech this year but doesn't look like I'll make it unfortunately.

Actually ESAB had them last year at SEMA, but tellingly they have moved the released date back about 3 or 4 times, depending upon who you talk to.

Our first unit has been out since July of Last year, and our second since January of this year.
