I feel that the OP may have been talking about much smaller tractors like a SCUT or a CUT. To many here that replied those are toys but a tractor non the less. I have only a SCUT but I would not trade it for the world. (well maybe for something bigger NOW). I use it for snow removal, firewood, mowing, tilling and anything else I can. The OP did have a point regarding prices of attachments, they are pricey but if your complaining about the prices then a tractor is probably not for you. They take money for attachments, fuel and maint. Ownership is not for someone with a deep pockets and alligator arms.
