Seems to be a common issue. Some folks say turn the key on and walk away for a couple minutes then try.

tried - not for a couple of minutes but a while - also tried back to back too many times and nothing - gets abit warmer and starts no problem. got serious snow here yesterday and today and I have a tractor statue! will try tomorrow after topping the battery off again. sucks to be honest!

I checked my glow plug rail with a multi-meter, it's only powered up while the glow plug light is on.

I just wanted to let you know, since I was the one that suggested to turn the key on and walk away for a few minutes...

Try heat lamps like these Satco S4998 250W 120V R40 Red Heat E26 Medium Base Incand. Infrared light bulb - Walmart.com under tractor and a tarp over front of your tractor. Lamps produce a lot of heat and not very expensive. They are 250 watts each so, use a HD extension cord.

Most modern tractors have drain, at bottom of the main fuel filter. If your has a lot of moisture it is likely frozen and stopping fuel flow. Use a hair dyer or the like to warm bottom of fuel filter then open drain and turn your key to run (not start) which will operate fuel pump. Continue until you get pure fuel out then turn key off and close drain. If fuel is your issue tractor should start.

If I turn my ignition switch all the way back it will bring on the glow plugs for as long as it is held in that position. Probably many different setups for this but just a thought. I use a block heater and the glow plugs seldom come on if it has been plugged in.

Nothing can tick me off more than the issue you are having and its not just the color of the tractor ... My JD 5520 is the worst to start under 35 degrees ... I've just learned thats the way it is ... so I park the heifer in the shed and put the torpedo heater on it while im doing the feeding of grain ... then crank the heifer to haul hay ... Ive called her alot of names !!!
