I got everything apart and all the linkage moves freely. I may have to take this in. I am sort of stumped. I guess Ill have to sleeep on it.

Well I finally figured it out. Had to take the whole thing apart, but a piece of linkage had come apart inside the valve actuator assembly. I guess the only good thing is now I know this 3 point hitch inside and out.

Yep.. the best exp is 'earned/learned'.. next best is the kind that you have to buy.. and if it costs enough.. you usually learn from it.. etc..
