Right of barns ...south side trail...no digging...just clearing so far. Mostly 30°....stopped as it hit 40°.

Neat. So, uh, why are you cutting this trail across here again? I thought you already have a trail going up to the right of your barns. Does this cross-over come in at a better spot for continuing upwards?

We will this week. Huge storm coming today. Being on top of a ridge....I dont know how it will fair. The only rain that will travel down the path is the rain that actually falls on the path. I'll update the pics next week when the rains are gone.

Wowwee....that was a jinx or you live West of me and knew what was coming my way. LOL.

The deluge we received lastnight/this morning flooded all the road ways....but my trail did well and nothing was washed out.

I have been thinking of taking all the water coming down the north trail and running it behind all my barns. It currently runs down by the house and over takes that ditch and washes down my yard. The ditch behind the barns seems to handle water well enough.

Getting into a bit more shale on the cross cut.

Added about 50 more feet heading straight up on south side trail. Dragging backwards with the teeth down to remove the steep angle in front of me. I also am trying to make a landing to start navigating to the cross cut trail...
