He can say what he wants but it is not a guaranteed right b/c he is not a US citizen. Just sayin. Someone brought up 1st amend. That is US rights. Not rights for brits guaranteed by US.

I think that anyone here gets rights whether a US citizen, here legally or not. I don't agree but I think this is how it is. That's why illegal aliens get their rights read to them when arrested for any reason including immigration violation or murder, they also have a right to attorney and "right " to medical care in the hospital. Also a foreign national can say whatever they want. But I believe that a foreign notional can not legally buy a gun though.
