I am pretty sure the 1st amendment applies to him. What this means is that he won't go to jail for what he says. Its doesn't mean people can't complain enough about it that CNN finally sends his butt back where it came from. I doubt he could be deported for it.

Let me start out by reminding everyone that the Brits are our friends regardless of what happened some two hundred years ago and more as are our neighbors to the north. While I am at it, I might mention that there was a reason Japan (also our friend) did not invade the mainland during WWII. Oh' one more thing, I believe California was already in trouble before they elected Arnold?
The question is then how do we deal with a big mouth seizing upon our current troubles? Simple, take note of who advertizes on CNN during Piers show as well as whom advertizes overall. Let them know that you will no longer support them in anyway possible as loing as Piers is still on CNN.
FWIW, I have never watched Piers on CNN but I am aware of the video from my coworkers. If we could get Ted Nugent to go one on one with Piers, I would gladly offer to contribute to the defense fund...

How about this...we'll keep Bieber, and give you $50. Trust me, half the people think we should pick up Bieber and use him as a stick to beat Morgan. The other half just wants that reversed.
Morgan is none of your affair...you didn't cast him upon us...but you do owe us something for Bieber, and we are trying to collect.
Oh man. You are tough to negotiate with. I'm going to get my lawyer to contact your lawyer but I do like the idea of using Bieber as a stick to hit Morgan but if you do that you still got to keep the two of them :laughing:

Piers is just p.o. 'd because his homeland lost what the King thought would be a small skirmish over tea taxes many years ago because British citizens here had arms but no money for tea taxes. He 's also more than p 'd because his homeland does not seem to want him back . So he exercises his right to speak freely against a right that allows him to speak freely which is to bear arms . Silly man .

Yes, the Brits are our closest ally. Only Canada and maybe Australia are close. I was mad at the French, but they have been important allies too. ****** and Turkey too. The Eastern European countries like us. I'm sure I left somebody out but pretty much the rest of the world hates our guts. Some of the oil rich states in the Persian gulf tolerate us because they need our military protection...but they hate our guts too.
