You can throw out all the hypothetical situations you want, that matters none. In the real world, what I see other people do, I do my best not to judge. From the outside looking in, many things can seem more risky than they are, and many others can seem safer than they are. Unless you are 100% involved in whatever the particular activity is at that time and under all the exact circumstances, you are in no position to judge anything about it. What is good for one, isn't for another, and my opinions are mine to do as I choose, as are others. Telling someone they are foolish, wrong, evil, or care-free simply cause your opinion differs from theirs is rather foolish, wrong, evil, and care-free as well.

If I see something that I fear is creating an immediate danger, I will quickly voice my opinion in hopes of preventing some sort of problem/accident/tragedy, but I would never expect anyone to change their ways simply because of my opinion.
First you need to read my original post again. I reported something I saw that was it.. I can tell that reading comprehension is not your strong point..Then you need to reread your own post.. Then you need to decide which side of your face you want to talk from. I will admit to being worthless as you said I was if you admit to being just plain stupid!!! Don't bother responding to me because I am done...

I think worthless is a good word for it. And what does his post count have to do with any of this?? Whats the point of even mentioning that anyway??

And its not just the "sue-happy" people that make things the way they are. Sure, thats part of it. But the other part is those people who just have to concern themselves with others business that has absolutely nothing to do with them
It was a subjective observation on my part sorry you don't understand..

where is risk, and what is risk. How did we all survive traveling in vehicles without seat beltswhen we were growing up. I was better off sitting beside my dad on a machine than in front of a tv or computer playing death games where people are shot and slaughtered like most kids do today. Or maybe lets cut down all of the trees so that kids will not climb them and maybe fall out and maybe get hurt or killed. Lets stop making chemicals and house hold cleaners so that drugs will not harm our children. All sports need to end just in case a child gets hurt. Stop snowmobiling, boating, fishing, skiing and any thing else that holds risk. We are losing our competitive edge because this country is being regulated to death. North America became a leader because we were creative , we took risks and chances, and lived life with few boundaries but we guided by our morals. I hope that we can get back there.

The conversation had progressed quite a ways from the original post. My comment to the original post (post #9) was more or less in agreement with you about being on the fender being a bad place, but phrased in a sort of "buy big or go home" joking way. The post you are quoting (#31) was in reply to post #29 and a small spattering of posts that went back and forth between myself and that user. So go brush up on your reading comprehension as it is apparently not among your best skills also. I always speak from the same side of my face and shoot from the hip straight as can be. If you take the time to reread the thread you'll see other than my initial post, none of my posts were directed toward you. Do I still have to admit I'm "just plain stupid"? If so, doesn't that makes you "extraordinarily stupid"? I already admitted (post #111) I spend too much time on my do-nothing being "worthless". So that part is out of the way for me...

You can be done if ya want, I prefer a good discussion when all parties keep up...

This will be sure to raise some hackles. Some country folk having a good time:

Me with my kids and their cousins. Nothing like a great tractor ride, and learning to steer. According to many here, I must be insane... Of course, there's no mower on the back...

Call the safety police, they're crushing the dog with the backhoe!

Nice tractor and awesome family! You should have some large prints made of that, have them framed, then give one to each of the kids as they get homes of their own. It's a classic family picture of what will surely be an ultimate childhood memory for them.

Congrats and best wishes.
