i1050 or called ztt50 difference 07 - 09 model

just paid $3550 for i1050, when delivered , found out it's an 07 model, know of any differences in 07 verses 09 in design and also suggested money difference thanks

None that I'm aware of although there may be a small change. They are selling good this year as more people have found out about them.

Biggest thing we get back is that they don't seem to be tearing the lawns up as much as the twin sticks!

I don't get why he was charged for a new one and only got a used one????

dealer thought he was selling me 09, picked mower up from another cubcadet dealer turned out to be 07 (07 new with only 1hour)

I hate to say this but you could a got a 2500 Series for that!!
I'd make them take it back. YOu have an out with it being an '07. You paid WAAAAAAAAY too much. Sorry.

All I see listed on the Cub site are 1000 series. They are priced $1500-1999. I guess that z-turn front end costs a lot. I am in West Tn.
Maybe I am wrong. But is that what the i series goes for?

Cub website says 3,699. They are listed under Zero Turns Residential I-series. TN dealer quoted me right at MSRP. Ky dealer said 3,550 out the door with free delivery. Of course they sold me a 07 and charged me for a 09. Dealer has a call in to Cub. I'm waiting for either a substantial discount or a new 09.

I was thinking of it being a 1000 Series with the zero turn front end.

Just got off of the phone with a rep from Cub. He said the i10xx series were built only in 07 and 08. No 09's have or will be made. The rep said Cub had a large inventory made and not selling alot of them. I called another local dealer and had them look and all of the i10xx models he had were either 07 or 08 builds. The Cub rep also said the 50 inch deck which I got was the slowest selling size so therefore they have more inventory of that size. I asked the new dealer I was talking to that since they were selling so slow and had alot of inventory was there any incentives from Cub. He said they had financing specials but nothing for paying cash. I got the new dealer down to 3299 + tax which is about what I payed for the mower I already have and is the same build date as at the new dealer. The Cub rep asked what they could do to me satisfied. I told him I would contact him tomorrow after thinking about the situation overnight. I feel like I was misled be it intentionally or not. I'm thinking right now I'll ask for a couple hundred dollars back or give me a really good deal on the 25 gal tow behind sprayer. What do you guys think???
