Never used one but they are made for SS and tractors. I would imagine it would be useful for breaking up hard pack snow / ice from blacktop. May not be so good for dirt / gravel roads.

I used an old 3ph one way disk. Could have been fifty years old. Maybe Six Disks 24" or so in diameter. ....
Looks like the arm between the 2 lower points of the 3pt pushes on the bottom of the draw barIt’s hard to tell what I’m looking at with regards to down force but I’d love to find out where to get blade edges like that!
I also thought they made something for 3pt augers that applies down force.
