Having one on a dolly on a concrete floor just seems like it is against some natural law. Nothing should be that easy.

The extendable lift arms are a real improvement and help a lot. They give you lateral adjustment. The secret weapon, though, is a long prybar, or even a 2X4.

Yep.. an 8' spruce gives alot of leverage, and rarely mars even cheap implement enamil, not to mention metal.. etc..

I find I need two "persuaders". A long one to move the implement and a shorter one to cajole the second 3PT arm on to the pin. 2x4s work well and as Soundguy mentions, don't mar the finish.
