Ideas on how to arrest a rotating bucket

what are you going to put this thing on? The commercially made one takes a pretty big machine.

I will take a look at the dog clutch on a baler. Such farm machines have always facinated me and I have to respect the people that thought of them and put them into existence. All without cad cam and solid works!

I am planning on something on the order of the little S 30 screen and will put it on a small Kubota R510 wheel loader.
