Identification Plate?

I bought a DK35SE HST in June 2011 and I need to find the model and serial numbers. I have found the stickers on the steering column but they are unreadable. Is there also a metal identification tag somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I believe I am experiencing the ignition switch issues.

I have a 2004 CK30hst. The ID aluminum plate is attached to the outside of the left front frame in front of the front axle just below the engine cover on mine.

Thanks Victor. I will be looking for it again tomorrow.The reason I would like to find it is I ordered a new ignition switch and a service/repair manual from a dealer and I'm crossing my fingers that I receive the right part and book. They never asked for a model number. Thanks again
