Identify this planter

Is this a Covington planter?

I was cleaning out the barn at our old homeplace and brought this home.

It's in much worse condition than I first thought.

I have the Pittsburgh cultivator it attaches to. It seems some parts are missing to attach it to the cultivator. Also the seed plates are missing and one of the chain sprockets.

The chain is missing.

I first thought I could rebuild it and use it, but I don't think that is practical.

In addition to the planter and cultivator, I also picked up a 14" 3 bottom plow, with a 4th bottom that can be added, and a 6' disk.

The disk is a Tufline and the plow looks like a John Deere.

These are all implements we used as I was growing up until Daddy got to where he couldn't do this work.
