If Deere made the 318 would you buy?

I wear a pretty strong prescription... but I'm 99% sure /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif, they also had a 200 series out there... could it be the one you saw?

I just the same satellite pic... /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif, If it's something you're interested in I'll drive by on my way home from work tomorrow and try to get another look. It clearly looks like 316 in the picture... but I'd swear it was a 318 that I saw... you know what they say - first thing to go is the mind... thank goodness I still have my appetite!

Steve, I also saw the 200 series looks to be a 214 in rough shape. I would only be interested in the 300 series if it is a 318. Keep looking I pay a finders fee. I also buy the small diesels such as 332, 430, 455.

Rather than wait I called them. Sorry - it's the same one as the website - a 316. Oh well - I'll keep my eyes open.

I find it interresting to see all the posts on the 318's. I assumed the only reason they sell so well around here is because of thier dual brakes which so many people like for tilling.
I have had occasions where a 318 will sell for more than equaly equipped and conditioned 445's.

I'm redoing my brakes and one drum is really rusted on. Already snapped one 7 ton gear puller on it! The other drum put up a fight too but I got it off and replaced shoes and springs. Hopefully I'll get to that motor next week if all goes well.

I would buy a 400 with low hours anyday - Hydro - Dual remotes - Hyd lift - HD belly 60" mower using mid pto - front PTO - Power steering - able to move front blade up and down and left to right at same time. - High-Low range
