How come it's only at 500,000 now and yet your post is numbered 502948. Shouldn't the celebrations been a number of days ago when the actual half millionth post came in? What am I missing and why? And as long as I'am asking how what and why, who where and when was it?

I think posts that are deleted or removed for one reason or another are subtracted from the main count.

That is what I like about you ..... you are always thinking of the consequences..... Since Gatorboy is already employed, we would have to know his present tax bracket to know how much additional the government would be biting into his new found fortune. We also would have to consider the tax consequences of his marital status and the number of children he claims as Dependants. Then there is his tree far that will qualify for an agricultural loss.....

LMAO...This always reminds me of the people that complain that if they were to ever win a big lottery jackpot (or gambling, or inheritance, or....) then the government would take a huge portion of it.
