just started the grill and trying to dodge rainstorms. everything still going good though. we needed the rain here.

I cooked hamburgers for supper tonight. Just for the 2 of us, I use a Char-Broil Gas Patio Caddie . I'd consider it a flimsy toy, but it actually does steaks and burgers very well.

Sounds good to me. Not too hard to make and leaves time to enjoy the holiday and family. Gets my belly full.

Those look like a very practical alternative to the bigger 30,000-plus BTU grills that are so commonplace and real overkill for many people. Bird, what I consider toys are those little rectangular table top grills that use a mini disposable LP tank.

About 5 years ago I was shopping at a local closeout store and they had a George Foreman portable gas grill, it was so unique looking I decided to buy it ($106 with tax) and we carry it in our motorhome or when we go to a park. I am sure very few people have ever seen one like it...will post some pics. They were a flop on the marketplace but I love ours.
