Is there any way to add pics from phone or I have to transfer them to desktop?

I send the jpg's to my desktop, then just attach them to my posts.

Here are the pics, last one is just what my toolcat looks like all taken apart. Pardon the mess with all my stuff in the garage. If you want/need any closer up or anything like that, let me know.

Quick question for some of you, I know I have read you wanna label the filters as you change them with the hrs that were on the unit when changed, whoever did them last only wrote the dates on mine. Just for my own piece of mind I would like to replace the filters, change the oil before spring once I start using it full time. I have located the oil fiter, fuel filter. There are two filters I see behind the cab below the bed, are these both the hydraulic fiters? Also I see there are what seems like 2 oil caps, one directly on top of engine that can technically only be accessed if passenger seat is removed and another rubber oil cab on right side of engine that seems like a fill cap that can be accessed through the access door on side of cab? Is my understanding of this correct?

Thanks for the pics.

Yes, the two filters behind the cab are hydraulic fluid filters. I use the fill cap on the lower side of the engine for refilling the engine. I never touch the one on top of the valve cover.

Re: Glow Plug Testing

Has anyone tested the glow plugs on their Kubota engine? Is it easy to do?

On cold starts (after 20 seconds of glow plugs) the engine starts right up but sounds and feels like it running on 2 cylinders for 10-15 seconds before it sounds right and smooths out. I figure it wouldn't hurt to check the glow plugs in case 1 or 2 are misbehaving.

If I use the block heater, this doesn't happen.

Thanks, DEWFPO

I have a G Series and don't know how different it is from your D Series. Just enter the serial number, starts with A0W, that is zero, not letter O, on this page and all you need will be visible: Bobcat Genuine Parts Catalog Official Bobcat Company site

Lower Door Glass

Hey guys, I am in the market for a new Toolcat and I've noticed (by browsing bobcatpartsonline) that on newer units after a certain serial #, there is no more lower glass in the doors. Is that glass a problem child with breaks? It seems like having that lower glass could be very useful for seeing the ground. For those of you that have the lower glass, would you miss it if it were gone? Of course my dealer has no idea as apparently they don't sell many down here in the south.

Thanks!!

My TC has the lower glass and I'm glad it does as it offers better vision. I could get by without it, but I'm use to a open work station, so I like to see as much as I can. Sure, I could get by with no lower windows, why? I'm wondering why they offered them without windows. Maybe during forestry work or around animals?
