Did all this info help you ?

DLTTrakkers,

Thank you for your help. I managed to take the pto shaft out. Replaced the bearing in it, replaced woreout shaft itself, re-assembled the tractor but now it looks like I will have to take it back apart. The pedal is still to the floor. It was dumb of me not to check the finger height on the pressure plate. I suspect that they are either wore out beyond the limit. The clutch components are brand new except pressure plate. I will get the new pressure plate and break down tractor again within next two weeks. Your suggestion did help me tremendously and for that I thank you.

Cheers!

Yes, Adjustment is way out and still pedal travels all the way to the floor. Right before pedal hits the floor I feel throw-out bearing making contact with fingers on pressure plate.
Just now thinking about it again, before my initial clutch freeze/break the pedal height was fine. What had happened is I got on the tractor , pushed the clutch pedal all the way in to the floor and it stayed there.
For some reason , if memory serves me right, I think the pedal was as it was suppose to be so maybe pressure plate is not wore out. The shaft did not shear the roll pins, the pedal did not bend, the pedal did not break off the shaft so if clutch pressure plate worked before it should work now as well, right? Then why do I still have this issue?
I am confused now.

Then remove releaseshaft and investigate the weld-on arm . Mybe it starts to crack or bizzy braking off ?

I did check the arm for that very problem. It's welded solidly on to the shaft. I also made sure the fork is not bent and it is straight without any signs of bending.
