IH Cub just quits

I have a 1964 IH Cub lowboy with a belly mower. I have used it this year with no problems. Pulled it out of the garage for it to warm up and start and ran fine and then died and won’t start since. Gas drips out of the weep hole. Cranks over fine. Any ideas?

I am certainly no expert but my guess would be a stuck float. My 861 ford float sticks on occasion. It will start and run until the gas in the carb bowl runs out and then die. I tap the bowl "lightly" with a wooden hammer handle and the float un-sticks.

A simple check would be to change the spark plugs, they could be fouled. Could also be a bad coil or points.

Definitely check for spark first, then go from there.
