Re: I\'m NOT testing MY oil!!!
Henro- We have come so far, don’t give in to the dark side now! You are letting “the man” win. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
I personally do not care about if I feel good or not until I see the numbers. Then and only then would I say, “man is this oil doing great or man, this oil sucks! I know in my 1994 gsxr1100 the Amsoil did great for the RPM and heat I put on it. Same with my car, wife car, and my past autos.
Since no one on TBN or anywhere has compared Amsoil 15W-40 Heavy Duty Diesel and Marine Motor Oil with Series 3000 Heavy Duty Diesel Oil; I will be trying the Series 3000 this spring for (1) year or (1) oil change. I want to see if the $9.XX in price is worth the difference. I have been told it has the best additives in any Amsoil oil. So only time will tell. I will post both results when I get them. So it would be $34 for one year (series 3000) vs $25 for 1-oil year using 15w-40.
Either way using my method of oil testing to get the proper oil analysis number or Henro's is not wrong. Mine is just going by what the results of the oil in real data vs Henro's doing it just by the hours. Either way, I would have to see the numbers to see what wins!.... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
