I think you may have miss read my post.
I meant that even though I know this thread is about QH's I was interesting in those tire chains as that is style I have not seen before,
and they look as if they could be fairly effective.

The pics are not mine, they are from a customer or posted on a forum years ago-but I agree they do look effective.
