implement dolly

I just completed an implement dolly to store and move snow implements on. Its made from 4" x 5" x 1/4 angle with 5/8 rod welded on the ends for axles. Wheels are foam filled from harbor freight and low quality. No highway runs! The holes and loops seen are to attach ratchet tie straps to. I will leave the drag on this dolly all next summer. Maybe someone here could use a dolly like this?
