Implement stand

What do you all use to hold up your 3 pt rakes and blades etc when you take them off?
Any good pics or ideas? I'm using blocks and plastic milk crates for now.

My Landscape rake has gage wheels. I put a jack with a wheel that would be used on a trailer. After taking it off the tractor I just roll it into a corner.
My rear blade has a round tube that slides up or down in a larger tube. A lynch pin like the 3PH has. Is used to raise the inner tube hold it in the up or down position. Here is a link to the Land Pride picture of the blade and stand. http://www.landpride.com/products/prod_rb/prod_rb35.html

Blocks of wood work for me. My rear 6 way blade came with one. It was junk, held the blade lopsided. 4x6 works a lot better. It seems that the factory stands need to be off center, therefore holding the implement lopsided. It's wood for me, simple.

Ive seen. what looks like a leg . it has a "shoe of some sort on the ground end, and the top of the rod has a plate with a hole. that you slide over one of the lower draw pins on the implement Ill try to find a pic. looks simple to make.I have make "legs link the land pride pic you had posted. But I seem to hook it up and forget to raise it, and then look back and its bend back wards.

My rake has gauge wheels and I use a 5 gallon plaster bucket to support the front. The height is perfect. Probably best to use a full bucket (sand etc) for stability. Price is right.

I like Ron's solution though. I'll keep an eye out for a cheap trailer jack.

I use a pivoting, swing back, trailer wheel that mounts with u-bolts around the LandPride rake main beam. I have recently added guage wheels so when I come up with a hard floored, covered place to store my implements, I will be able to roll it around.

I have the redneck version, an old 15" tire rim on edge.

I store the rake and rear blade outside for now and the tire rim is the right height on edge to hold the front up. It doesn't tip to the side as easy as a piece of wood and stands up to the weather better.

Build a parking stand. One long section of 1" square tubing, one 3" length of c-channel and a small section of 1.5" tubing. just like those in the attached picture.

The back blade i just bought (used) is a version of the landpride posted.

But it has no leg support. Ill be fabing on out of 1/2" pipe to replicate the "stock" one

I built a parking stand out of 1" square tubing for my rake. It makes hook-up alot easier.
