That may be the best use for a Chevy I have ever seen!!

Notice to Chevy owners: This was a joke. Don't fire up your flamethrowers...

We had another thread get real ugly in the last day or so. This was meant in fun. You Chevy guys could make fun of a Ford in a situation like this if you wanted to and it would not bother me.

Notice to TBN'ers who know how to use Photoshop:

We have already seen the Chevy. It will be very susupicious if another pix shows up with a Ford under the same combine....................
Ya but wouldn't a Ford owner know where he should park his truck?

Sorry .. Couldn't resist.

Mighty big talk from a man with a blue tractor.

I am the one that called the Chevy a set of bowtie jackstands, and there are three Chevy's in my driveway. The only Fords are out back, either with a pto on it, or a flatbed and jib-crane on the back.
Guess I can handle a little good natured fun!

They usually park in the "no door" area....

Maybe if the truck was a ummmm, Dodge the whole thing wouldn't have happened at all.

Fords are pretty popular around here, but the big Mopars with the Cummins engines are probably seen at least as much with Farm plates on them. On the compact side, the Dakotas see more use as errand running trucks while the Chevy/GM, import and Ford compacts seem to appeal more to the non-farming country living types. Maybe it's cause the Dakota's are just a little bigger.

Sure LG but are you saying that because you drive a Dodge? :D :D :D
I'm still wondering how they did that. Maybe they were on the phone when they hit the bump and didn't hardly notice it. Have ipods hit farm country?

I showed it to the ag teacher. He said he had seen it before and there are other pictures out there that are similar, some worse. Kind of makes you wonder about enncountering one those combines when driving down narrow country roads.

Rich, that's why the combine drivers carry long pry bars. So they can pry your crumpled car out of thier wheel well.

About a month ago in Detroit's outer suburbs a murderer (there were multiple eyewitnesses and no doubt) fleeing police managed to drive a stolen Lexus SUV into the front of a combine. Murderer 0, combine 1. The SUV was wrecked, the murderer got his just reward, and the combine appeared to need little more than a crowbar and a wash.

Moral: don't drive into combines at high speed.
