Yes. Definately. Thin stuff is harder (for me) to weld. At least test your welder setting on scrap before you jump in on your actual project. Those bends look great. It would be a shame to screw them up by burning through when you go to weld.

have you got the ground in the right socket? 100 amp should be enough for 1/8 6011.
