So Im rebuilding an old Iseki ts2220 I bought for cheap, it is fitted with a Isuzu 2ab1 2-cyl diesel engine.
It has been fired up successfully but as it was running I noticed a kompression leak around an injrctor.
Pulled the injectors and foun two bad and two missing washers. I have sourced new nozzle washers as I suppose they are the kompression seals. But the ones called corrugate washer wasnt there.
I have measured the space and calculated the thickness and with, but how are they supposed to look?
Can I use a solid kopper washer of the correct size or are they meant to collapse on itself as you tighten the injector like a washer on a spark plug?
