I have a new head for my engine and I need to remove the injector seats in the old head and install them in the new one. What is the best way to do this without damaging anything?

I'm not familiar with injector seats, but I would think a new head should have them. I never heard of anyone having to switch them over. If true, it's probably a machine shop job.

I think their called 'Chamber Gaskets' made from soft copper and sandwiched in between the injector bottom and cylinder head. I've never pulled them but have ordered new when doing head work .

I would use new ones. they should be cheap, why take a chance on the old ones leaking.

you are probably referring to a chamber gasket, about $1.

If you are talking about the front precombustion chamber, just drive them out with an old socket, from the piston side of the head.

The guy I took ,ime to used a round brass head on a pneumatic chisel gun, but he ended up soaking that sucker for a few days tho! He hammered on them when I was there, and ended up getting them out a couple days later. He's rebuilt heads for 35+ years... Take your time.
I didn't replace them - they are bullet proof./
