i had an 07 hemi with 392 gears and now a 10 with the same. the 10 is a fully loaded quadcab 4x4 with 20" wheels and it runs like scalded dog. 17-20 mpgs depending on roads and 15 towing. Its been a great truck as a dd with no problems but the factory goodyears were junk. replaced with michelins and replaced factory duals with a magnaflow kit that 5" tips. Good luck with yours.

I'm late to the party, but I have a 2007 Ram 1500 4x4 purchased new in May 07. 125800 miles later, I've replaced the front rotors once, front brakes twice, rear brakes once, tires twice, plus normal maintenance.

Had a 2012 RAM CREW CAB 4X4 that work just had me turn in to get a new truck. It was a great truck, and I really liked it a lot. Never had any problems except the chrome on the grill got a single bubble in it (about ½ the size of a dime) and Ram replaced it under warranty when it was in for an oil change no questions asked. Otherwise was perfect, and I really liked the power of the Hemi. Had about 75-80K on it so I spent a LOT of time on the road with it and was always comfortable. This is the second DODGE/RAM they gave me (other was a 2010) and it never had a single problem. They are replacing it with a Tacoma but ONLY because I need a smaller vehicle due to having to park in various parking structure in the major cities.
I ended up buying a RAM 2500 CTD after having this RAM as a personal vehicle I like it so much.

I had the Ram 1500 5.7 hemi, 3.92 ratio, 8 speed dial trans, air ride 2014 Longhorn.
Great truck! drives and handles great. Good a/c and the best nav/radio of all brands.

I missed my 3/4 ton diesel and went to an F250.
If I could blend a Ram and Ford I would have the perfect truck. Not sure I will do Ford again.
I really miss my 2006 mega cab.

Enjoy you new truck, it has a lot of great features.

At least give us a link to the model window sticker, from rams website! I'm in the same boat, but waiting on the Colorado, my silverado (2010) has been a flawless machine, but a bit too long.

Well, my truck didn't come in yesterday (had to get one in with the 3.92 axle), so still no pics. Supposed to be here today. Impatiently waiting...

I felt it was the best truck considering the price, horsepower and torque, tow rating, and fuel economy and I like the looks and interior comfort.

That's all that matters! The truck fits what you want and need in a truck, so it's the truck for you! Congrats on your purchase! Can't wait to see the pics!
