I have been a member of this forum for the past 10 years and the people here have always been there to help when I needed it so I'm semi-retired now and I would like to share and help whenever I can. I know there has been a few threads of LED light installations. This is my installation of 45 watt LEDs I got from China I installed on my new NX4510. Holy smokes what a huge difference is an understatement. I will try to post at least 2 pics per post only because they require large memory transfer. I have also been discussing the installation of a backup camera with Threepoint, Eric & Roger, I have it ready to be installed looking forward to that. Thanks you guys.

I had to bend the base bracket and drill for a larger bolt for the light to fit.

Just eased out the plastic pins out of the liner and bingo there it is. all the wiring the connectors were easy and 1,2, 3 same with the other side.

It's almost like the Tide commercial "I can see the difference can you see the difference"

I'm impressed :) and got 2 more going on the back. Eric you're an inspiration to upgrading.

Oh and just as a foot note to the tool's opinion :this tractor may be a tool to people for work and I respect that but don't tell me that my tractor can't be a toy for work and play. Big boys like big toys - just saying!

Kevin, well done! Thanks for the pics and descriptions of the installation. I'm probably going to do this.

One concern I have is potential radio interference with my aftermarket radio's FM and VHF (NOAA weather radio) bands. Have you installed a radio? For the time being, I think I'll wait to see how Eric makes out with the new ferrites he's ordered to reduce interference.

Hey Threepoint,
I have a factory Radio/CD player with the DaeDong name on it (doesn't look expensive, depends on the dealer I guess) and absolutely no static or noise of any kind radio sounds beautiful. I got the lights shipped from China and cost me approximately $55 per light shipped and I believe this same light would be a heck of a lot more to purchase in an auto store not sure where else online. The lighting from these is absolutely amazing. Message me if you want the link. Cheers.

Thanks, Kevin. Did you use any special tool to ease out the plastic pins from the headliner? I was thinking something like this might make it less likely that I'll damage something: 5 Piece Upholstery and Trim Tool Set

I found this light online, US$44.69 incl. shipping to US. Looks like it might be what you have (hope the Alibaba link works):
6.5" 45W LED flood beam work light bar driving fog lamp offroad 4WD 15w 18w 60w-in LED Bulbs & Tubes from Lights & Lighting on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
Not sure what the output is, but a direct vendor in China shows identical artwork and specs of another 45W light and claims an output of 3450 lumens.

Also found this 36W LED, with the same oval shape of the Kioti OEM light, for what appears to be only $5 per unit before shipping, direct from Guangshaou. But I'd have to buy a minimum of 50. :)
hot sale Factory Wholesale 7inch 36W LED working light, View 36w led work light, liancheng or OEM Product Details from Guangzhou Liancheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. on Alibaba.com
It claims an output of 3600 lumens at 12V. Perhaps a volume purchase by some TBN members is called for. ;) But I believe I prefer the rectangular shape of yours.

Not sure, but I think the 35W halogen bulb in the OEM light produces around 800 lumens. So either of the above LED units would more than quadruple the output.

Hey buddy,
This is the same light only I had to pay for shipping plus customs fees but worth it. just any kind of flat end tool even a flat screwdriver will do and don't forget the small 10mm bolt in the front corners.

The new TDK ferrits I ordered (in addition to the original ones that I got that did help) where not the internal loop style pictured. I got ripped off my Moser.

When the new cab top arrives, I plan to install every ferrit I have on hand. Depending on temperature and weather, i may also install that JVC radio i bought too. I need to do it from the top to have the room to mess with the wiring.

Been thinking about changing both my ag tractors over to LED's for auxillary lighting but from SuperBrightLEDS.com I run 4 forwad facing and 2 rearward facing with one off to the right side so I can watch my implemnts in the dark. Been thinking about replacing all the filament bulbs in the implments too.
