Installing a dry well

Perhaps instead of a dry well create a rain garden, basically a swale or depression that has been dug out deeply underneath and filled with sand and or gravel to facilitate drainage. Fills up with water during rain storms and has planting’s that like wet feet periodically. Bonus can be pollinator friendly and attractive.

I'm sure you mean the way the property is currently configured...there is no telling what a future owner may do with the property
