Installing BX backhoe on B2620?

It probably is a Woods, in which case it is definitely NOT a 3pt model. The only bh Woods has for a sCUT is the BH6000 and when you buy one, Woods provides a subframe that specifically matches your tractor frame to that bh with a 4ph. Good thing you bet was laid on the part about being a Woods and not on the part about being a 3pt. BTW, I have the Woods BH6000 on my BX2200.

Oh, one other thing, I think you meant there's a 90% probability it's a Woods. I doubt the BH itself is 90% Woods; that means the other 10% comes from somewhere else. That's possible if it's old, beat up, and has had cylinders, etc. replaced with after-aftermarket parts.

O.K. did some checking... It is a Woods BH6000 backhoe... So can I just buy a subframe for my B2620 and then just hook it right up?? Of course I know I'll need a swivel seat and hydraulic hook-up too...

Woods, Wallenstein etc all offer subframes to addapt their bh to different tractor applications. You would have to detach the bh from the subframe whenever your neighbour wants his bh back. The hyd pump output on your B2620 is 8.3gpm which shoud be sufficient with the appropriate remote. The woods bh come with it's own seat if I remember correctly.

Kanook is right. Each subframe kit offered by woods, being model specific, does come with a swivel assembly for the seat :confused2:and the required hydraulic connections to mount the backhoe. Keep in mind that the subframe kit has two main components...... the subframe which bolts to the tractor and the 4ph setup that bolts to the BH6000. You'll have to check with Woods because there may be a frame width difference from your tractor to his tractor. The 4ph setup he has on the bh now may not neccesarily mount to yours. You may have to swap the 4ph on the bh each time you guys pass it back and forth. Just something to look into.
