Installing cruise on L3700SU

Just about done, and have a question.
There is a line connecting the brake pedals to the cruise, so when you press the brake, it shuts off the cruise control.

I have heard of people using the brakes when the cruise is on to make fast turns, how is that done when my kit is designed to shut off cruise when brake is applied?

On the L3400 and L2800, which have the cruise installed at the factory, when you press the brake, does is shut off the cruise?

I am trying to decide if I should have the line installed or not.

For safety reasons I would install it. If the cruise is set and all of a sudden you see a hole and you want to hit the brake this will stop the tractor.

I will have to check mine to see if you can use the bakes as turning brakes , mine stay locked together all the time and yes if you mash the pedals the cruise will release.

If you press just the Left OR the Right brake, cruise control is NOT canceled. It's only canceled when BOTH brakes are pressed.

Thanks for clearing that up, I will install it.

BTW, there is a seller on eBay that has the cruise kit for L3700 or similar, who has more of them and took my low-ball offer of $100.
