Is anyone using a Mulching Kit on a BX MMM?

I ordered a Mulching Kit for a 60" Fine-Cut deck. I should have asked here first - but is anyone using one, and if so, how do you like it?

Also, the Kubota Options sheet I have lists just one Mulching Kit for a BX2370/BX25, a "ZG3059" but the notes say this kit only fits the RCK54-P23BX mower and I have a RCK60-26BX 60" deck. I hope the Dealer did not order me a mulching kit for a 54" deck. I'll call on Monday to double check.

Maybe there is another part number for the 60" deck (just not listed on the Options sheet I have).

I've had a kit on mine, a 60" regular deck since mine was almost new. A cant tell you if its the same for all the decks or not. I like mine. As I recall, the directions say to leave the deflector chute on but I removed mine. It narrows things up and distributes the grass a lot more evenly. The kit is pretty complete and has a lot of parts.

I had one on my 54P. If it works as poorly as the one I had, save your money!

The kit costs $168, so if it doesn't work well I can always switch back to standard cut. At least it won't be an expensive lesson.

Cheaper than here for sure.

IIRC, after the blades, the kit was 3 hundred something here.

I have a mulching kit on my Dixie chopper. It sucks, and makes rows of unmulched grass. It works some better in leafs, but then the air flow comes out the front of the deck and blows dust up in your face. Pretty much it's only use is to reduce the chance of throwing rocks.
