What I have read from a reliable source is that the raid was conducted by Navy Seal Team six from the the Joint Special Operations Command after months of intelligence work and planning. Their business has been killing Al Queda personal and they are very good at it. Bin Laden was shot twice in the head at close range during a fire fight, his body collected and they left blowing up one of the damaged helicopters. Thus ends a grim chapter in our nation's history with all kinds of political posturing and misinformation from from both sides and the media to follow.

I am so sorry ***** was killed outright...I would have preferred he spent the next ten years or more of his worthless life undergoing the most painful, horrible torture EVERY SINGLE DAY, and the IMAGES of his torture be broadcast for those of his followers to watch.

I think we need to not appear too blood thirsty so we aren't so be easily tagged as the villain. They use stuff like that as recruitment tools. We need to come across like we are only doing things like this because we are forced to by extremists.

I have mixed feelings about the news. I am very happy they found and killed him and I hope he rots in ****. On the other hand it was a reminder of that horrible day on 9-11. I try to forget how horrible it was to watch all those inocent people jumping out of buildings and watching the towers collapsing. I will never forget that day but I try not to think about it too often. I hope all who died that day know we as a country didn't give up on bringing their killer to justice. God Bless the Seal Team for a job well done.

I do not know why Obama is getting any credit at all, the Currier that ***** trusted was identified 4 years ago from interrogation of prisoners. Had Obama been in charge they would have been in the US court system working on a plea bargain or out on bail.
