It's much better that he was killed on site. I'm sure that was intentional. A capture and trial would have been a big media and ignorant political crap talk fiasco that would have dragged on for months or years. It's hard enough on the families and friends of all the people that were killed because of Bin Laden and Al Queda and all the war and killing that has taken place since 9/11. I feel sorry for them having to see pictures of the Trade center burning again, etc. At least this way it will be over in a week.

I think that it was better that he was killed on location and not allowed him to have a long dragged out trial where he could poke a thumb in the eye of those who lost loved ones at his command. I feel that justice was carried out swiftly and although we know nothing of his suffering I believe that his suffering has just started and there will be no end to it. Another thing think how much money was saved on the trial by just two bullets.

Are you a member of alqueada? I try to stay informed on the news but I'm not privy to the inner workings of this cowardly group. Is it so hard to congratulate our president on fulfilling an objective that our previous president failed to do. I think our president showed great restraint when he got the lead in August and worked the lead to know for sure that it was accurate and acted upon that. I think it showed planning and intellect something that we hadn't seen for several years before. With the cowboy mentallity that we had before I was afraid to stand to the right of the m on the waste management trucks [garbage truck]. I was afraid that he would bomb it thinking it was a weapon of mass destruction or [WMD], after all he was having a hard time finding the WMDs and a perceived sign would have been a blessing to him.

The fact is, they got ***** for one reason - intelligence gained from enhanced interrogation techniques in Gitmo. This is where they uncovered the identity of the courier that ended up leading them to the compound. ***** has made no secret of his plans to shut down Gitmo, and in fact HAS ended water boarding. Thank you George Bush for your policies that resulted in this event. Thank you Obama for not totally screwing it up and signing off on the mission.

Bush carried the ball to the one yard line. Obama punched it in. Now the cheerleaders are carrying Obama off the field on their shoulders.
