Old thread, but still relevant. I think the small wheels are the primary reason for not being able to lift high. The Simplicity listed in post #18 is pretty cool...it has 6-lug front rims. A lot of SCUTs today from Deere and Kubota only have 4.
Is it a SCUT or a CUT?
