Is Markham still in business

While I can't condone markham not being able to respond to these claims, there are many complaints of slow or no response to calls and emails. I recall it being so bad that a representative from Markham actually started posting on this site. Clearly it was due to the bad publicity listed in other threads about slow or no response to emails or calls.

I didn't order a Markam tooth bar as a direct result of reading these threads, but I did call once for pricing information. While some may say that the markham representative used this forum to conduct business the fact still remains that there are several threads about buyers inability to get in contact with them after the initial order was placed. If there were going to be delays it seems that there was a failure to convey this information. I've ordered many items where I was told it was on backorder or there was going to be a delay in production. It gave me an informed decision as to if I wasnt going to place the order with them.
