The B7610 w/ fel and sb , brand new has been quoted to me for $15,900.00. Now, this is more than I wanted to spend and it is pushing out a really nice used truck we looked at a couple of weeks ago, so it's really important to get a fair price!
The number of dealers around here is limited somewhat. I need something that can handle moving a lot of snow, some manure, fence building, moving wood, and those kind of odds and ends that are always needing to be done on 60 acres with horses. We don't do our hay or any field work. As always, any input is appreciated.

Tabby, you don't have your profile filled out so and tractor pricing is very regional. We don't know where you are, so it would be hard to compare prices.

By the way, the price includes a "sb" but what is a sb?

SB = Snow Blower

In addition to REAR or FRONT mount??? What about size & manufacturer? Let's be honest about aftermarket implements, if this is a rear mount aftermarket, the quality and prices of these things range across a broad spectrum. So specific information is needed.

And I presume are all making an assumption that the loader is Kubota brand, but that may be a false assumption.

I just got a quote for a 7610, Hydro and Turf tires, LA352 Loader, 60" MMM, 50" front snowblower (all Kubota) for $17,500 - Front blade is an additional $1,245

Hope it helps.

Why can't we get the dealer price on tractors like we can cars?
I've done some searches and haven't had any luck.
Isn't there an NADA book or a Consumer Reports out there in cyber space that we can get this info?
We have(or at least I) have no idea what dealers pay does anyone else.
If I'm rehashing an old subject please link me up. Thanks

This is rehashed regularly. Dealer cost is all over the map depending on steel costs, freight, labor rates, dealer discounts, net volume, etc, etc. As a salesman it takes me a good 5 minutes to really get an exact idea on what a machine is going to cost me. That why you see people trying to drill home that pricing is very regional.

Even with dealer invoice being available for cars, that’s not giving you any idea what that car really costs the dealer. You still don't know what they paid in freight nor do you know how much kick back they are getting from their vendors. For car dealers, they make a living on that kick back.

Why is it that Deere can have a "build your own tractor" pricing on their site and all the rest of the brands can't or don't? Why is it that there is so much disparity between dealers pricing in the same market? It can't be the cost of the machine, so it must be the cost of overhead? The dealer that I purchased from has a newer building and more inventory than the local dealer that wanted more than $2000 more for a BX22 with the same equipment. I don't mind that a dealer makes a profit and I want him to make a reasonable profit so he will be in business to service the machine in the future, but a $2000 difference isn't the difference in the cost of doing business, it is gouging the customer!! I will also comment that this high priced dealer doesn't seem to sell many tractors from the dirt on his "for sale" units. As John Stossel would say .......... "Give me a break!!"
Neil....... is there a huge difference between the cost of the tractor in PA as there is in CT?????? Possibly a small difference in the cost of transportation from GA, but it still must be no more than a couple hundred dollars on the largest of tractors. Does Kubota have different prices for dealers in
different markets? I can understand that there might be "rebates" to the dealers based on sales volume, but is it that substantial that a tractor will cost thousands from one market to another? Please answer these questions and possibly the subject will not be rehashed so many times in the future as it has in the past..... thanks Junk....
