It’s time for the dealer to do a few checks on the HST system.
It seems the whole system has limited pressure. Loader and hydro.
Yes it definitely has to go back to the Dealer. They sent my video to kioti so waiting to see what they say as repair or replacement parts procedure.If the FEL unexpectedly goes to relief in addition to the HST, then you have something besides tranny issues. They use different pumps and relief valves, but the same fluid system. The HST does share the PS pump with the charge duties.
I do not know how similar the 3510 is to the CK35, but the latter has a single hi-pressure HST RV, which is not adjustable. It replaced the CK30 system I have with 2 RVs, for FWD and REV.
I think what I would test first is the implement pump RV pressure. Also get a service manual. I am concerned about dirty or low hyd oil, or a clogged inlet filter.
