Now since you are good at this... Take a piece of steel and cut and bend it to match the missing piece from the top pulley and weld it in.

I should do that yes, but first in line is a "shield" or some kind of deflector above the bre
aker because when the pile on the wagon isn't high it tends to throw forward

Is there a way to put the breaker into neutral and just walk the last bit off? Just throwing out ideas.
