If the pump is not leaking and you have relief pressure, then I would not mess with the pump.
Moisture will condense on cool metal, and over time, you will see milky fluid if you do not run the tractor hot enough to heat the fluid up.
Even though you changed out the fluid, you are still mixing up some of the old fluid and it will look milky and or fomey.
