Iseki TS1910 or TS1610 owners?

Re: Iseki Owners!!!!

I did not seek the entire manual because it is only available in Japanese and the only parts that I would regularly buy are the filters, so I secured just the filter part pages from Rainbow Supply in Hawaii. They are an Iseki Dealer, only US location that can carry the actually Iseki Line I believe. But again the TA 210 was not an Iseki overseas model, thus no english version of the manual exists... You might try Len Schaeffer, I think in Dixon, IL, just north of you...he has carried Iseki and does secure parts for most Grey market makes....I cannot recall his email: I know he has posted regularly on the Machinery Forum Website...

The pages I have do have some schematics on the parts around the filters, so a manual, at least visually, would be of some assistance if you are going to tear something apart and put it back together....

Hi Rick. I'm new here but i do have a TS1910 that I have had for a little over a year and I really like it's performance and reliability. I have used it for far larger things than it was designed for and it has never let me down. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have a TS1610 4WD. It's a great tractor. I use it instead of my Ford 2N which has been in the family since new. It seems to do about the same amount of work as the Ford even though it is smaller and lighter. I can use most of my Cat 1 implements with the Iseki including a Ford back blade but not The Ford tiller which will have to be modified before I can hook it up.

I also have a TS1610F 4x4 that I like alot. I use it only as a dedicated tiller tractor (Yanmar RS 1202 tiller) because I have no need for any other implements at my small place, and I just got tired of running that front tine (mankiller) tiller to keep the weeds down around the perimeter areas. OK, it's kind of a toy for me I guess but it sure gets the job done quickly and easily, and I also till the neighbor's (nice elderly widow) place that has a big garden area, around the corner. She always wants to pay me but I end up only accepting fresh baked cookies! :D

A little more info needed Gene. You don't say if the motor turns over, but I'm guessing it doesn't if you removed the starter? If you're anywhere near a mid- to large city (you don't have a profile filled out) there should be a business that rebuilds starters and generators. In my town of 150K population, we have a family owned business called......Gen-Star. They would rebuild it with new windings, brushes, bearings and whatever it needed for, I'm sure, no more than $100.00, probably less. You might check around.

Gene, since you already have the starter off, I would take it to a place like Autozone or Advance Auto Parts as most of them have a testing bench to check it.

Not a very active thread, and the OP is obviously long gone. But, here is my Bolens G192, which is an Iseki TS1910 from what I understand.
