Tractor
Mitsubishi MT210D / '16 Mahindra 2540
Looking for a right hand side engine cover, with latches etc for a MT210D: 20200414_013756.jpg
Also looking for the mount with pin that the 3pt swaybar/stabilizer bar goes onto on the Left Hand Side (held on by looks like 2 big bolts under the rear end)

Also curious as to what this tractor would be worth on the used market? I just bought a bigger tractor and will be selling this one before too long.
I got it with this property last year, don't know much about it or older tractors in general. Shows 1100hrs but the meter is INOP, as is the Tachometer. Newer loaded tires, seat, ignition switch, Engine oil drainplug, several new parts on the 3pt, 4wd obviously.
Slight trans oil leak, can't tell where from. One turn signal light does not work, horn button inop, steering kinda sloppy (in my opinion) but it is all manual steer.
Solid for something with its age and questionable maintenance untill I came to having it.

Keep it, Man can't have too many tractors.

Tractors are pretty handy. Iam not in a huge rush to get rid of it, but it should go down the road eventually. Space is at a premium since I dont have my shop built yet. Its sitting under my deck since thats the only place I can get it out of the weather right now.

I do not think ive tried Valley Power. I will check them out though. Thanks!!

I think his name is Bill Rogers at VPP, been a Mitsi USA dealer since the early 80's and knows his stuff. He has manuals in bound print that are worth every penny, so you wont see guys offering you a free copy-because of loyalty to him. He will answer your phone call and look at e-mailed pictures.

I have not had any issues that preventative maintenance doesn't take care of, once you bring things back to spec. He has parts. My little 2 cylinder just plain works..... very much a simple mechanical device. I'd bet your Mahindra has a few too many electrical things in it for me.... Once you work through the bits and pieces that are out of spec, you won't regret the time tinkering with it.

I see the nice new Mahindra with a nice functional bucket on it. I strongly suggest you get a nice Bushog and leave it on the Mits, and keep it. The value is strictly what the market will bear, really. And for the small amount of money you have in it- try and buy something with that little bit of cash that you could have as much confidence in that it wont let you down. Heck, you got it for FREE? yeah, you have to keep it.

As much as I would like to have a bigger machine in that size, (for gross field mowing) I would still have to keep my little 372 D, I cut small trails and work in small spaces in the woods, and I have a ASV RC 30. Sadly, attachments for the Skid Steer are as much as a whole tractor, and Tractor FEL's are too cumbersome.

Bill may have the parts you need or can source a used one. Hoye Tractor is a large salvage yard, but they sometimes forget to call you back....

I agree the FEL is cumbersome in tight areas. The Mahindra has more electronics, but still fairly basic as far as modern stuff goes (one of the reasons I chose it). It has some issues being a used buy as well, but nothing mechanically serious.

Trying to beat the rain mowing today, hut I will definitely give those folks a call.
I do need a brush hog still, so that is an idea.
I paid a little extra for that tractor, mower, and several implements woth the property. Still made out ok I think all things considered.
Those old tractors are tough!
