Yes I am having the tires filled but have not thought about the bucket yet. I can add that to it if I need to as it is still early on this. Thanks for mentioning it. I looked for a buddy seat but did not find one. I have thought about an air seat too. The dealer has one in His Kioti. I just looked and for the money could not find anything else close. I am surprised at some of the healers. Said I will be buying within three months when I visited them all in Jan and only the Kioti dealer called me back. I had seen him in October and he kept in touch the whole time. Kubota said I just need the 40 hp that he had in the lot and JD pushed towards the e line. Mini draw was too far away and LS was too small a dealer. I was looking for a case dealer but again distance was an issue and all in all the Kioti dealer was the most responsive and helpful and had the best price. I got into this for much less the a 70 HP Kubota too.

Get the cutting edge. It will help to prevent the bucket from bowing and provides a better edge too. My heaviest bucket is bowed due mostly to no edge on it. I will never do that again. Welded is best, but somewhat inconvenient come next edge, which is years down the road unless all you do is heavy bucket work. Then you should have a different machine anyway. My bolted one seems to be good. It is a quality edge that is the same as one for a skidsteer. I don't know much about them. I just know I had a good one put on. It's holding up well with occasional use at about a thousand hours. Though I have way, way more hours on the bale spear than the bucket.

I don't like the Turkish case/new hollands. The Italian ones, maybe. 75 grand in my neck of the woods before the canadian dollar dropped. 80 grand for an M108S and the JD "E"'s are not in the same league, IMO. These were dealer starting prices. I didn't even bother to go further with those guys once I saw the Kioti. The 70hp Kubota is a nice little tractor, but I'd rather have one of the Kioti RX models for sure. Heavier duty. More capacity. More features. No brainer.

I'm curious how the wet clutch and reverser work in yours. Mine's dry. No issues and until I go lame, I have no issues with a clutch. I have driven reverser tractors and I and some others I know use the clutch anyway. It's smoother unless the reverser is really good, then it's just as smooth but requires slightly more work. Potatoe potato for me.

That is a beast of a machine. What is the wheel width? What implements will you get?

And I totally understand your upgrade to your desires. I started out looking for a 20-25 hp tractor...open station...Which became a 73 hp with cab. I am not sorry.

Nice tractor, times when I could use that HP. When you are upgrade your bucket a heavy angle iron all the way on the top where the hooks are welded will help keep the top straight.
